Since we are planning to wipe the db after the monthly email report is sent out we have to do some pretty heavy testing to make sure the email is received before we wipe it.
Maybe store 2 months of info, therefore if within the next month someone realized that last months report wasn't received, then someone can manually pull the data before the next moth is up?
