Problem in installing in Fedora 28 x 64 #45

error: problem: Conflicting requests -Nothing provides Libjson-C. So. 3 () (64bit) needed by BTI-034-12. Fc28. x86_64

Seems like some tidy up work to do - the existing pull request #44 to remove is_error macro may be the only change required.

If Richidesse already account-binding code it would be easier to also configure it

Currently I am on Fedora 29 beta...ma I have never been able to access.... it would be interesting to take advantage of BTI instead
