move to sonatype repository #57

It seems that the way we are synchronized with maven through sourceforge will 
not be maintained for a long time.

I think this is mostly done, except for the docbook-xml 4.5 artifact. Would you 
consider publishing those to central as well?

As for now we do not publish to sonatype repository, we are still using the old 
manner defined by maven.

docbook-xml 4.5 is not made by me, maybe I can publish them in the same groupid 
as I am doing for docbook.

but it is low priority for me.
