Added Mastercard New Logo, MIR Addition and Stripe Update #4

Also added Cirrus & Maestro

Please do let me know if you think the "Mastercard" text should also be on the smaller version of the logo. I think the cleaner look definitely isn't a bad thing, but it may be legally better.

Edit: It really should be an alt-logo, I'll see if I have time
