Tests gregorio-project/gregorio#1182. Corresponds with gregorio-project/gregorio#1266.

Among the plethora of changed pdfs, you'll see a few gabc and tex files that I adjusted to correspond with the issues they are testing. I added comments into these files to describe what they should do.
