Add the EXPIREAT command #50

Currently there is no support for the EXPIREAT command. Is there a reason that 
it is not supported?

I'd like to contribute more to this project (I would have fix this myself). 
Have you considered moving the project to GitHub/something else that allows 
easier collaboration (i.e. pull requests) and review?

This is addressed in StackExchange.Redis, the successor to BookSleeve

I just wanted to say that you releasing StackExchange.Redis has been a blessing 
because we can now fully start to migrate away from ServiceStack.Redis (because 
of the licensing changes). So, thanks! I hope to contribute to the project!
