Add Password as connection string option #51

It would be a nice feature (to me) to be able to pass in a password to 
ConnectionUtils when creating a connection. Currently I just download the 
source and change the code to handle a string similar to below.

blah1.blah.ad:6379,blah2.blay.ad:6379,passWord=!Blah#Redis

This is addressed in StackExchange.Redis, the successor to BookSleeve
