What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? To validate my RSS entry. What do you see instead? 
"Timed out"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? XP.

Many thanks for your reply. I was also able to confirm this independently, 
yesterday. First time this has ever happened since I've been using this 
particular feed validator.
