DBMigration should provide the opportunity to test the migration for obvious issues:

Ignored by constraint (possibly correctly)
conversion/expression will cause an error
Wrong datatype
NULL into not-null column
Too large for column
No such foreign key
Value not in permitted list
PK already exists
PK created twice within migration
