Update TPC-DS kit with version 2.2.0 of the official kit #19

  1. Updated the templates with the templates from the Offical 2.2.0 release
  2. Added an MQM folder to hold query rewrites that are allowed per official TPC-DS spec ( MQM = Minor Query Modifications )

Thanks for putting this together. For the MQM rewrites, are for a specific system? Asking because I was thinking about creating another repo of just TPC-DS query templates for different DBMSs that could be maintained separately from the datagen kit.

Greg, you are very welcome. The MQM rewrites are specific to spark ( I have tested 1.5/1.6 and 2.0  ) .
