cache sitemap until staticpages .save happens (will we be called when a new staticpage is created?) #156

maybe more generally, cache sitemap view for 24 hours for now?

look into the sql - it should just be a select over static pages, but also as noted in #225 will include a truncdate/group by over all event..?

it's not slow enough to warrant working on this, closing for now
