fix link: every day's "header" is hyperlinking to `#date` which is incorrect on all pages but the current-month page #219

i.e. on https://nyc-noise.com/2024-01/ (not the current month),

which is incorrect (as it's a link to a day that does not show up in the current month) -- it should link to https://nyc-noise.com/2024-01/#010724 or just #010724
