- tidy up every app line (less height)
- hide "options" i.e. enabled / disabled button etc. under opening/closing arrow?
- show (for now! because we don't have yet app names!) 0 index for the /appIndex command
- move disabled apps out of the way so that they don't clutter the list?
- hide long app urls (whatever wrap? overflow? css hidden thing -- add "..." at the end..?)
