added Bear Extruder 0.7.0 link and IGUS y axis linear rail mod #104

the official Bear Extruder and Axis points still to the 0.6.0-alpha version. i added the 0.7.0-beta version link, as it is much more recent and relevant for new players like me :)
also added the IGUS Y axis linear rail mod in the community parts list which seems missing - personally i am upgrading a mk3s to full bear with linear rails but geometrically it should fit all with the base 2040 frame

Hi @mavelli , thank you for your pull request. I am going to apply the modification for the Bear extruder, however I will reject the PR because I don't want to promote dual linear rails mods. They are too sensitive to alignment issues and I don't want to push potential issues to the community. I hope you understand. Thanks again for the help!

sure, i understand. it is far from ideal mounting two parallel linear rails without a reference. :)
