Update plugin to install using Pathogen. #19

This "rightbackatcha" is the same as my master only I changed the installation instructions to point to your repo.

The only change I made was for the plugin to use Pathogen by Tim Pope. Take it or leave it. I very much appreciate the work you've done--I found this code via StackOverflow http://stackoverflow.com/a/8217304/990642

Thanks for the pull request. I don't really get it though... Does this not currently work with pathogen as is? Why remove the 'other file types' stuff from the readme?
