Updated Readme to include directions on how to startup the plugin

Please add this into your README. It took me a longer than it should have to figure out how to simply run your application.

It's a nice idea. Can you change the line to:

Start the plugin by running :Gitv in Vim when viewing a file in a git repository.

And I'll merge.
