On org-mode version 8.2.10 and ob-ipython 20171203.126 using emacs 25.3 on OSX, I'm getting the following error:

"Symbol's value as variable is void: org-src--babel-info"

whenever ob-ipython-inpsect is triggered, in a coding buffer.

That is a very old version of org-mode. You should probably install a more recent one that is a major version of 9.
