Can't download from dropbox

Hi, this is not exactly an AOE2Tools issue, but I would really appreciate your help. I'm in a very remote area where you can only access the internet via one ISP, and they have blocked DropBox. Would you kindly send me a link, or upload the standalone fix for the DirectDraw Display Error?

Hello Peter,

I see!! The easiest solution would be to use VPNSTEIN V2 or this vpn: https://windscribe.com/ (Just install it and turn it on then try the hotfix for directdraw.)

Any of those vpn should unblock access to dropbox so you can proceed with the hotfix.

Still not working? Let me know so i deliver another solution.

Dam, looks like windscribe is blocked as well. I'm in Antarctica and the only way to get on the internet is via the government's connection which evidently is quite restrictive!

What other methods do you have up your sleeve?
