exception when unable to access pub id file #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run keploy without an accessible id file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should throw a controlled error, i get a traceback
    *

      Perform incremental backups without the use of touch files and find
    *

      Leave both atime and ctime unchanged after a backup (see the section
"Don't Forget Unix mtime, atime, and ctime" in Chapter 2)
    *

      Perform an interactive restore, like the -i option in restore 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4 on rhel5
