expose EMANE transport as a model to support options and different transport types #235

The EMANE virtual/raw transport is baked into the Emane manager class. The 
Virtual and Raw Transports should be specified as configurable models, exposing 
their parameters to the user.

Also, users may wish to introduce and select their own custom transport types.
