[feat] Add Option In Add Cert for Generate New Key #17

Add an option in Private Key drop down of "New Certificate" to Generate a Key. This will remove the need to manually create every key first.

Server will set the key name to the same as the certificate name.

TBD how to select what type of key to generate: EC P256 is probably a good default.
Add config option to set default? Add another selector in certificate that requests the type if user chooses to generate a new private key?
