CI on travis missing testing for ghc 8.2 - 8.10 #191

Seems like only GHC versions up to 8.0 are tested: https://github.com/gregwebs/Shelly.hs/blob/1b6643a834d7f63102e22e0f6fcba378ccb6dfae/.travis.yml#L5-L10
