Support multiple HDRIs having the same name #41

For now, HDRIs with the same name will just appear as varations of the same HDRI.

It would be better if HDRIs with the same name (but stored in different folders) are compared to see if they are actually variants of the same image, or completely different HDRIs (in which case some namespace will need to be used).

This is not very trivial to implement and I haven't had any feedback or feature requests like this since.
