Port to Elm 0.17 #10

Following the advice from the new guide, this API just got a lot better.

The library now works, as well as examples. Mostly. The mentions example still has some issues.

Nice, have you considered using elm-css for styling?

@nikgraf yes! I'm going to make a PR for that as soon as I finish this port! Just created #11
