Use HMP air temperature instead of sonic anemometer temperature

For-gapfilling and Ameriflux files contain sonic anemometer air temperature, not air temperature from the HMP.

See UNM_RemoveBadData lines ~1722 and UNM_Ameriflux_prepare_output_data lines ~105.
