Wildcard command line options #110

It would be nice if the command line tools could support wildcards for the
input filename(s).  This would allow for the conversion of entire folders
rapidly from the command line.  In addition, it would be nice to add the
capability to recurse subdirectories, which is only relevant if wildcards
are enabled.
