kafka version 3.8 not supported #177

Hi,

Thanks for this excellent piece of software.

This isn't urgent but when testing with the latest 3.8 libraries we get the error:

Reading data from mybroker:9092 had error: Unsupported response schema version 5 for key 10

Fixed in the kafka-proxy v0.3.12
