.Xresources color definition import? #2029

If it isn't possible yet, I think it would be great to be able to use .Xresources color definitions like i3 does. Otherwise I'd appreciated being pointed in the right direction! :-)

I'm not sure #304 was suggesting the same thing; I meant simple support for hex rgb definitions in ~/.Xresources. Please have a look at #2044, this is what I'm using atm.
