Requesting new public release. #152

We are currently forced to do our own build to get some of the fixes since the last release (most notably the update to jackson deps). I really don't want to be in that business. Any chance you could do a new public release? Thanks!

Version 2.1.3 should be on Maven Central in a few hours.
