Remove previous file issue #9

This is not working in Internet Explorer. Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

its throwing a null reference btw.

I believe the issue no longer exists. I tested in IE8 on Windows 7 and I could not reproduce. Please correct me if I am wrong.
