cloud Firestore capabilities for storage (need to determine HOW this is triggered ---don't want to store continuous video sequence data --expensive--does user trigger storage or do we sample based on user movement when far enough away or time change

Going to store on app the last time each of the following MaskRecord, CrowdRecord, SocDistRecord and FeverRecord were saved to Google Firestore and use this rather than making queries to Google Firestore to know when ready to store new data record. A means to limit storing similar data.
