Room name persists when re-opening extension after stopping stream.

Steps to reproduce

• Start sharing a random toonin room
• Stop sharing and click outside the extension area to close it
• Click on the extension again and the room name will persist

In retrospect, having the room name persist for reuse seems like a good feature to have!
