🐛 Bug: dark mode makes chrome warning unreadable #234

Expected Behavior 🧭

I should be able to read the info box warning me to use chrome in dark mode.

Current Behavior 🔍

The text color and the bar are the wrong colors, hindering readability.

Steps to Reproduce 🔢

Turn on dark mode and refresh the page in a Firefox browser.

Acceptence Criteria for Fix ✅

[ ] fix text color to white
[ ] fix bar color to dark gray

Possible Solution 🛠️

should be a simple UI fix.
