🐛 Bug: Project cards are not centered on mobile #45

Expected Behavior 🧭

The cards which display the names of and links to the various projects on the projects page should be centered on mobile.

Current Behavior 🔍

The elements appear to be left justified on smaller viewports.

Steps to Reproduce 🔢

Open the website on mobile (or on a mobile sized viewport in devtools)

Acceptence Criteria for Fix ✅

[ ] Adjust component and page styling to center these elements correctly on all viewports

Possible Solution 🛠️

Should be a simple couple edits to the page style
