@Turing-Chu Thanks for the PR!

I have a zero knowledge about Mandarin. Could you please briefly explain what is the difference between the old and new version and why you consider the new version better?

@greyblake 'Mandarin' has two translation: '国语' and '普通话'. they have similar meaning. The difference is that '国语' used from 1911-1949(may be 1911-1955), and '普通话' using 1955-now. In China Mainland, most of us can use '普通话'. And, the word '国语' may also used in Taiwan now, I think.
