Update officially to Vue 2.0 #26

Currently the README mentions that this library is officially not supported in Vue 2. Let's upgrade it!

For those in the future - I'm running latest Vue (2.5) and this library works great.

Yes, seems to be compatible - but there are a few things that should be improved in the code. 👍 And the official documentation should be fixed ("official support of Vue 2.x").
