Game Gear extended screen option corrupts graphics

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Game Gear extended screen option
2. Start GG game and is garbled
3. Turn off Game Gear extended screen option, and rom is fine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? ROM is garlbed using Game 
Gear extended screen option

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? latest 
1.7.1 SVN r717

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

yep, that´s expected for most games, maybe you should read in user manual what 
this option is supposed to do and what it is for...
there was a reason for part of the screen to be hidden by Game Gear LCD, you 
just discover it.

btw, if someone is thinking of a better name for this option, because i am sure 
you will not be the last one complaining about screen garbage in this mode, he 
is welcome...

Perhaps just showing a warning message the first time that option is turned on 
would do?

Something like "Warning: Please note that some games will show scrambled 
graphics that were intended to be kept hidden behind the borders".
