Caslevania Bloodlines Code Dump from Cheats Menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Castlevania Bloodlines (US ROM from No-Intro set)
2. Choose "Cheats" from the main menu
3. Scroll down through the list of cheats by holding down on the D-pad

What is the expected output? 

Navigating to the bottom of the list of available cheats.

What do you see instead?

Taking this action causes a code dump.

Cheat codes are the ones found in the downloads section here: 
http://code.google.com/p/genplus-gx/downloads/list

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?

Latest official version 1.7.4.

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

fixed in r870

it was caused by menu bug when the cheats limit was reached
i also incremented cheats limit to 350
