You are getting slow loading speed because you are loading from an USB drive
stuck to USB1 speed, which is quite slow on Wii.
As explained in the FAQ and in the User Manual, to get maximal (USB2) speed
when loading from USB, you need to have official IOS58 installed and running
when the emulator is launched, nothing more and nothing less.
You can check the IOS version loaded by goingto the exit menu in the emulator.
The IOS version being loaded depends on what you used to launch the emulator
(homebrew channel, forwarder, etc), the emulator has no control on this and has
no use of all these cIOS either (which are only useful for backup loaders, not
homebrew emulators).

So commented that MegaCD fast charge (not delay more than 1 second). Just give
me slow loading megadrive games (takes more than 10 seconds before starting the
game).
Thank you for responding promptly.

Contrary to cartridge games, Mega CD games are not loaded entirely into memory,
only a few bytes are loaded for identifying the game region, so the loading is
pretty much instantly. However, slow device access speed will result in slow
MegaCD emulation and audio playback issues during game as the CD image file is
read constantly.
If you are loading your games from USB (which I presumed although you never
clearly confirmed it), you NEED to have IOS58 running when the emulator is
started. Is it the case ?
10s seems quite a lot for a Mega Drive game though, there might also be a
problem with your storage device, defragmenting and eventually reformating it
might help.
You should also try to load games from SD card as it is much faster.

How do you launch the emulator ?
What ROM file are you trying to load (exact filename) ?
What IOS version is reported in emulator "exit" menu ?
I don't know why you have no problems in WiiMednafen but this is a completely
different emulator and there could be various reasons (compiled with older
version of libraries that are more compatible with your USB drive, different
IOS being used, etc), all I know is that USB loading has been tested and works
fine in Genesis Plus GX.

I've tried many and all load slowly. I think it may be configuration problem. I
did not realize that version started to happen. but I tried with the latest
patches and all is the same.
The circle starts spinning load and after about 10 seconds then display the
information in the ROM and load instantly.
I hope that this data will be used.
Note: Excuse my English, because I am from Chile (I speak Spanish) and I'm
using google translator.

I don't speak spanish but I somehow understand your englih.
Please answer these questions correctly:
1) What do you mean by "information in the ROM" ? Do you mean it shows "Loading
game..." with spinning circle during 10s then "Loading xxx bytes" very shortly
and starts ? Or it stays on "Loading xxx bytes" during 10s then starts ?
2) Are the ROM files zipped or not zipped ?
3) When you browse through directories in the game selection menu, does it
takes a lot of time to list the files ?
and again...
4) How do you start the emulator ? Homebrew Channel ? Forwarder Channel ? Other
?
5) What IOS version is indicated in the window title when you select "exit" in
emulator Main Menu ?

The problem already solved. Enter the system configuration. System switch to
boot in "Bios & cart" and then probe random games. And they began to load in
less than 2 seconds.
The GenPLUS the charge from a forwarder, and the menu appears IOS58 me out.
many thanks for your time.
