Missing optional lab in Unsupervised Learning Course week 3 #6

Error Description State-action value function does not contain the optional lab jupyter notebook.

Reproduction Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. According to the coursera website it does contain the optional lab.
  2. No optional-lab folder is in the C3_UnsupervisedLearning/week3 path.

Expected behavior C3_UnsupervisedLearning/week3 should have the optional lab about the state-action value function example.
