SVR 3 compat toogle #7

Just a small suggestion, since I believe you have built in compatibility for SVR3. Some people (including me) use SVR3, but with the forest disabled and since the mod just checks if the mod is installed it applies the map patch either way making it a bit glitchy. I'd just edit the code if it was a CP mod, but with smapi mod it wouldn't be so easy... Toogle option in the config would solve it pretty nicely.
