update from fuse-sshfs upstream ver 2.4-->2.5 #8

Opening files caused a SEGFAULT on CM12.1. I pulled the upgrade from 2.4 --> 2.5 from fuse-sshfs and corrected the interface functions to fuse as it is found on cm-12.1 (Lollipop): replaced all off_t -> loff_t. Maybe a new branch 12.1 should be created for this pull request.
