last week:

  1. resources overview page a. ram、cpu、net state b. balance overview c. link to buyram/sellram/stake/unstake/withdraw
  2. cpu/net rent overview, add rex price and staking price
  3. cpu rent via rex this week:
  4. cpu rent via staking and powerup, and add net rent
  5. add price for non-system token balance
