Hrm, it must be a UI bug that's messing with the fields. The "refunding" balance on bloks is what you're looking for, and should be liquid in 3 days.
I just did a test and unstaked some EOS and this is what it should look like:
It shows the 5.9xx I'm unstaking (with the countdown to when it's done), and the "Staked to Others" field is actually EOS that I'm staking to other accounts.
If the UI is still showing incorrectly, I'd be curious to know which blockchain/account this is happening on, so I can take a look. If you don't want to share that info on github, feel free to email hello@greymass.com with the details and I can take a look.
Thanks!

In EOS-Voter, in the Wallet tab I clicked "Update Staked EOS".
I had already Staked all my tokens into CPU a week ago.
Then today I set 0 in the "Set EOS staked in CPU". I assume this is the way to regain control of those tokens and that it takes 3 days for those tokens to become available again (to Send for example).
What I noticed though that caught my attention was that in the "Staked to Others" it showed the unstaked balance of my tokens. Then within an hour that "Staked to Others" balance went to 0.
I then went to Bloks.io and saw that the Unstaken balance is appearing in "Refunding"
Is this all normal? Please help me out as I am new to EOS and never Unstaked before.
Is the Bloks.io "Refunding" balance, the amount that will be converted to LIQUID in 3 days?
Thanks in advance and kind regards.
