If you have 2 accounts loaded, one for EOS and one for Jungle, on the dashboard the fiat price value doesn't update when switching to a testnet.

Reproduce:

Visit the dashboard
Switch to an EOS account, note that the price is correct
Switch to a Jungle account, note that the price doesn't change and still displays the EOS price

The code is supposed to set the price to 0 when a testnet is selected, but this code for whatever reason isn't working.

The 0 value is appropriately set if you refresh the page while having a Jungle account selected.
