We are missing currently some manifesto from the Nettime community.

An online search brings up a lot of material: https://www.google.ch/search?q=nettime+manifesto

Possible candidates

Biggest contender is probably:

The Piran Nettime Manifesto (1997)
http://www.nettime.org/Lists-Archives/nettime-l-9705/msg00147.html

Also worthy of consideration

The Wireless Commons Manifesto (2002)
http://fc.retecivica.milano.it/Reti%20Civiche/S03B1354A-03B13768?WasRead=1

A DIY Data Manifesto, by Scott Gilbertson (2011)

Digital Humanities Manifesto (2008)

https://www.mail-archive.com/nettime-l@kein.org/msg01330.html
"Some folks at UCLA have drafted--as part of a Mellon Seminars in Digital Humanities--a "Digital Humanities Manifesto" and are soliciting comments"

Criticism by Florian Cramer:

Very interesting:

Another great candidate:

The ABC of Tactical Media (1997)
by David Garcia and Geert Lovink http://www.ljudmila.org/nettime/zkp4/74.htm

Already included in an earlier Greyscale Press volume: http://greyscalepress.com/2008/books/zkp4/

With commit 02072f3b1d423cea3bc32cfc99cd7f1240ae2fcb submitted by @kruug we now have several Nettime-related manifestos. Closing this issue.
