Combine all pull requests into one merge #23

This removes the unneeded fonts in the required families. Copies the fonts into a user-based font folder (no sudo needed) and redoes the cache to allow pandoc to access the fonts. Changes output file name to something more humanly parse-able. Removes unsupport gif and replaces it with a supported png.
