epub: TOC links lead to unexpected destinations

Reading the .epub this morning... tapping an item in the TOC takes me to the manifesto that follows it.

I've not yet checked the PDF.

PDF and EPUB both navigate as expected on my Mac.

This issue is specific to my Sony Reader which for whatever reason has the page number for the following chapter/manifesto listed next to each one.
