Consider replacing `testthat` with `tinytest` #61

tinytest is a zero-dependency test suite alternative to the dependency heavy tidyverse package testthat.

Holding on a bit on this since RStudio is tightly integrated with testthat and RStudio shortcuts is convenient to have.
