CFD contours command thermalrad error looking for flame imp. dist. #214

When importing CFD contours for thermal rad., no obj. exists in pre-list so flame imp. code will throw error in fill line buffer looking for missing obj.

  1. make better post proc. obj name - currently full path shows up in F4
  2. gracefully issue warning only in message area when drawing flame imp. and rainout

  1. tecplot importer will now only use filename (no ext.) as sourcename note if multiple files have the same name in different folders (i.e. pressure.NPMAX) then multiple grids will save to DB and will be flattened when recalled with loadmax routine.
